Luggage insured but ignored for the damaged caused by FlySaFair

Last year 2022/01/28 I was flying FROM Cape Town to Joburg. I paid insurance for my luggages. When we landed in Joburg, I went to collect for my luggages. Only got 2, one was missing. I went to report it and I was assured that I will get it and that I don't have to come to fetch it, they will send a courier guy to deliver it. It was indeed delivered a day after, only to find out it was cracking and a big dent in it. Followed the instructions on how to report it, I was sent from pillar to post, I was also given a whatsapp number off which they eventually ignored me. Ended up giving up, the only reason that make me right here is fact that on one called me or anything especially that I paid insurance for my luggages, what's the point of paying for insurance if I'm not going to be reimbursed for my luggage. I'm so disappointed in FlySaFair.
