Luggage damaged by Flysafair

We flew with Flysafair for the December Holidays. Our luggage was severely damaged (beyond repair) by Flysafair staff. They clearly handled the luggage roughly and carelessly! This caused immense discomfort for the rest of our trip! Now the people at their Call centre (Fortunate Moholi) refuse to respond to our claim. I strongly advise against using Flysafair!
