Luggage costs

This airline is a nightmare they will make you pay more money for your luggage on the day of your travel and if you don't have it you don't fly this is a **** and is a way of making more money. Yesterday I came back from DBN when I arrived at the airport me and my family we were told our luggage is bigger than the required size we had to pay 250 more for each bag and we are coming from vacation we don't have enough money left. They did this to my sister and her colleague as well coming from Capetown. The same luggage Flysafair made me pay more for I can with it with Kulula and they had no problem. After paying again I was told I can't take sea water with me to the plane and I have someone who is terminally ill back at home we were asked to bring the sea water to help her but no security was so rude took away my water told me Flysafair does not allow us to board with water. The Indian lady at the check in desk was so rude and loud when she spoke to us. My advice to everyone and I will also make sure we don't book thus flights for our employees if you want to have a nice flight without being harassed and losing money avoid Flysafair at all costs. This airline is full of rude stuff who are not willing to meet customers halfway or understands their situations you treat us like *********s or *********.
