Luggage broken into
Flew first flight Friday 15th of July from JHB to GRJ. Case was broken into, bag damaged, Personal belongings pulled out and shoved back in. Some items missing. Reported immediately to the Counter at luggage collection. Then 19th July a direct mail asking for feedback or assistance. No feedback at all. Client care is very very low on Safairs priority list. And the fact to know someone has gone through my stuff and damaged taken my belongings and damaged my luggage in Safairs care, makes me inclined to not use them anymore.

28 Jul 2022, 12:11A person mailed me and after great difficulty I got them to understand what I was trying to say. Then I was told it will be sorted and this person and that person will be in contact with me. This was last week Tuesday 22/07/19, until today nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Safair for leaving this super sour taste in my mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!
