Luggage

Flew from OR Tambo International Airport to King Shaka airport yesterday on flight FA262 and landed around 15:30 only to find one bag missing. It has now passed 24hrs and i have not received my bag which has my 1 year daughter's medication, toiletries, nappies. Called the customer care line and they don't seem to be any sense of urgency or compassion. Poor service at its best😡😡really disappointed
