****** Luggage

Our valuables (2x Versace) sunglasses were ****** from one of our checked luggage yesterday (23 October 2023). We travelled from King Shaka to OR Tambo via FA269 (FlySafair) with departure @ 20:10 and arrival @ 21:20. I must say I slept with a broken heart yesterday upon opening our luggage to realise it was all over the place. This is a frustrating situation to have experienced as a traveller, the thought of some stranger going through my private items without my prior consent is sickening. What measures do you have in place to deal with this kind of situation, I want all baggage handlers that were actively on duty between our origin and destination time periods to return my items and also face arrest. Is FlySafair not vetting the staff it employs to ensure professionalism during the course of their duties.
