Lost R2000 in mins trying to book a flight due to faulty APP

Could FlySafair be fair please check your App I've basically lost R2000 within a few hours in trying to book online Lansaria to Cape Town as a Pension that's a huge loss and there's no assistance I was told use the website. How many elderly are fami**** with this? I have no problems with the flights but booking is really costing us if we miss it that's it. And there's no pensioners discount either. Sad really Sad
