Lost Luggage: Horrible Service

I am lost for words on the level of incompetence, and unprofessionalism I have experienced today with you on a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg. You have lost a highly fragile, expensive piece of luggage and all I'm getting is excuses, and a couldn't-care-less attitude. I have been at OR Tambo since I landed at 11 am and I'm still waiting to get the luggage, it's been 5 hours. I was told that the luggage was found at Bidair Cargo, sent back and just dropped off at the SAfAir office which also just dropped it off at some hangar. Even after I gave all the detail to the SAFAir staff on the fragility of the luggage, it's a disgrace !!!! The worst experience I ever had with an airline or its sub-operations
