Lost Luggage bad Insurance Company

I took travel insurance when I flew with the airline their partner insurer is Chubb Insurance , I logged a claim after my checked in bag was accidentally left at OR Tambo and brought to me tho following day at East London Airport , upon receiving my bag I found it had been ransacked and items were ****** inside my bad , I proceeded to inform the airline and a claim was lodged with Chubb and I received a claim number , my efforts have been in vain trying to get feedback from Chubb as they don't reply to emails and when you call their contact number you hold until they kingdom come , the lady at their reception keeps on saying she is putting you through and will eventually ask to take your details she will get someone to call you back no one ever does ... FLYSAFAIR SHOULD CHANGE THEIR PARTNER INSURER
