Lost luggage

A friend used Flight FA216 from Joburg to Capetown on 22 December. Their luggage however seems to have been lost along the way. Flysafair said they would deliver it early today morning. They are now giving us the run around and are nkt answering the numbers they gave us. Their service is terrible
