Lost luggage

I am not happy with Flysafair and Menzies. My aunt went on a trip to Durban yesterday (27/11/2025), she boarded a 10 O'clock (AM) flight to King Shaka int.airport but unfortunately when she got to the airport her luggage did not arrive with her. Menzies said there’s no luggage at the ba*****t and they said the luggage tag must’ve went off I really don’t understand.

I have called been communicating the whole day with Flysafair and Mezies aviation but no progress has been made. It's been more than 32 hours now since my aunt has been to Durban, with no luggage. All they saying is that they are doing their best to search for it and that they have escalated the matter but no feedback. Only in 7days they will view footage and she is supposed to be coming back on Tuesday.No feedback from FlySafair.I need help and urgent help because the trip is feeling worthless now. I’m so disappointed can’t imagine what she’s going through right now as pensioner feeling helpless as I’m in Johannesburg 😭😭
