Lost, lost, and just plain lost...

So, I decided to give FlySafair a go, from JHB to CT. Hey they fly the Boks, and the other airlines... well let say they have lost their touch to reality The flight itself was okay, no bells and whistles, but on time. That was nice, and what you would expect..

However, landing in Cape Town, me and a bunch of other passengers’ bag's was missing....

So I went to the baggage counter, and firstly I was met with a completely clueless person, that does not even try to look interested in solving your issue or pretend to care. You are just given a form, that has been photocopied so many times, that it is impossible to read it, and told to fill it in with a pen that does not work... And please know he is adamant you must fill it in, even if you cannot read it…

Asking what happened and when it will be resolved, you just get a blank stare back... FlySafair, even if you make use of third-party contractors, or service providers, I entrusted my belongings to you...

And, thank you for showing to world how useless SA is, because half of the people was internation tourist.
