Lost bags

Flight from King Shaka Intl. Airport (Durban) to Lanseria Intl. Airport (Johannesburg) today 30/09/2020 flight ref: ELQNIV my luggage was lost by the airline. It was loaded on board as carry on at the plane entrance, to my dismay and utter horror upon landing at Lanseria my luggage was no where to be found! This is totally unacceptable. My work documents and all my personal belongings all gone. What recourse can I take? This is beyond appalling service.
