Lost and Found department totally useless

If ever you leave something behind whilst using this airline, consider it gone the moment you leave the plane because they won't let you go back to look for it and their buggage services, which is apparently the only way to get items back is completely useless.

The call centre is completely useless as well. No one picks up calls even when you're number 1 on the queue. never using this airline again
