Lost and Damaged goods

Upon my arrival at OR Tambo from Cape town on Wednesday , i was met with the disappointing fact that my bag was tampered with. I found it open, straps torn and zip damaged. It became apparent to me that some of my valuable items had been removed whilst on board the flight. Upon further investigation I discovered that my wallet and cell phone charger went missing.......... I went to the police station and Swiss port were a Damage report was done and received a call from an agent that this would be resolved. It has been brought to my attention that nothing has been done and I am extremely angered. FlySafair is the worst flight service and I would never recommend it to anyone.
