Loss of baggage - No assistance from Flysafair

I am very disappointing in the way FLYSAFAIR handled the breaking in and *****ing some of my son's baggage 2 weeks ago. A bag sealed with a cable tie was opened, tampered with and 2 branded golf caps ******. This was discovered the next day after the "24 hour" window No help from Flysafair whatsoever. Extremely dissapointed
