Lies about bags delayed

Lies about why our checked in bags were taken off the plane on the tarmac. <br> <br> Upon all passengers boarding safair flight 1007 from Joberg to Cape Town, we were informed our checked I baggage was too heavy for the current plane as they had swapped planes for the Cape Town to Joberg route. So we had a 30 min delay in an open door and hot plane as our luggage was taken off to be put on a later flight arriving 3 hours after us at 22h30!<br> <br> But here is the problem, they only have a fleet of two planes, which are identical Boeing 737 300. Which means our bags would not have been to heavy as per regulations. \Perhaps"our bags were swapped for commercial cargo as they are an air freight company? <br> <br> Totally disgusted with service as I have no bags now and no answer from their desk as I lay in bed and begin cancelling my flights with them.
