I am utterly disgusted at how flysafair can stoop so low and promise South Africans (we never asked them to) a birthday promotion for R1 flight tickets... We know its possible to increase the capacity of your website to handle the influx of consumers because MANGO AIRLINES did it just fine....<br> <br> As Kirby Gordon, vice president of sales and distribution at FlySafair, promised us in several articles in the media he must stick to his word and also to extend this bogus promotion of yours.<br> <br> I hope we will get a reasonable explanation for this appalling lack of service....<br> <br> VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED CLIENT!!!
