Late for check in, NOT!!!

I had a flight on Wednesday 16 March on FlySafair at 11:25. I arrived to collect my boarding pass at 10:30, 55 minutes before my flight. To my surprise I was told I was late for check in even though check in closes 40 mins before take off. The lady at the counter was adamant that i was late even though I had 10 mins to spare. The people at the ticket office were not much help either as they also said I was late and there was nothing they could do.<br> <br> I am very disappointed in how they can advertise a certain check in time but not stick to it. I was not even offered a refund of sorts. I have never been so dumbfounded in my life. I will never fly with Flysafair ever again
