Late flight denting professional image

On the 5th March 2023 my husband was supposed to fly from DBN to Jhb at 09h05. He boarded on time but the flight was delayed by 1hr15 which led to him missing a business trip flight to Gaborone at 12h00. The airline was not of any assistance as he had to arrange for another flight to Gaborone and paid an extra R690 for something that wasn't his fault. This was strenuous as this a wasteful expenditure to the business that organized the flight and this dent his professional image as it made him seem unorganized and professional
