Laptop FOUND!

Like a dumb dumb, I left my laptop in the overhead storage compartment on flight 132 to PE from CPT. I only realized late into the night what I had done and immediately emailed the support@ email address. In the morning I called the call centre and the kindness and patience I experienced settled my shattered nerves. Later that very day I received a call from the airport to say that they had found my laptop and were holding onto it for me. A simple, straightforward and honest airline that I'll use over and over again.
