They offer a large fleet of broken and unmaintained aircrafts that will ensure you of delayed flights or even a cancelled flight. Luckily, there is a wide range of unfriendly and unsupportive staff that will not assist you in any way possible. FLY SAFAIR is proud to be one of the airlines that served during the COVID Pandemic, I would like to award them the “AWARD OF THE **** EMOJI” Most of the times I have flown with them in the last year I spent more time on the ground and in the plane on the airport’s tarmac, than in the sky, not due to a fast flight but of system failures. I booked an urgent flight this morning to George hoping they could help me. As I needed to check in online there was an internet page error (On their website), therefore I was unable to check in online. I arrived at the airport just as the flight was about to START boarding only with my laptop bag. The unfriendly staff said to me there is nothing they can do for me I need to find another flight. I asked the staff member, but it is 30 min before my flight and they only started boarding, can’t you help me? “NO! We won’t try to help you, that would be too polite of us!” “FlySafair, we will gladly take your money! But please don’t ask us to assist you in any way possible”.
