Lack of communication

Shocking experience. At the boarding gate we were informed that the aircraft had not left JHB and no further information is forthcoming. Therefore we are stranded in Durban with no clear communication whatsoever. Unacceptable. Where is the communication to your loyal passengers in order to plan and rearrange logistics??
