Lack of care for safety of baby
My husband and I flew with our toddler and baby of a few months in April this year. On arrival in PE we found that the entire lining for the pram had gone missing which meant our baby was not secure in the pram and more importantly in the car. We went to great efforts to find out how we can replace this critical piece, as it is not usable or safe without it, without having to put in a claim for the entire pram. After months of not hearing back from flysafar I was informed that this damage is superficial and therefore they will not pay out the claim. We are in the process of adopting our baby. Should we have had an accident on the way home from the airport he would not have been secure, and this could have placed our adoption of our child in jeopardy.
