Lack of assistance in emergency

Had a horrible experience on flight FA412 with Flysafair I had a severe instant headache due to cabin pressure and I'm struggling with sinus, asked for air hostesses to assist with water and needed to get my medication out of my bag in the luggage cabin, told me to go sit down as we are busy landing, they did phone for assistance, no one bothered to come assist or to see if I am okay, not one of the air hostesses bothered to come and assist.!!!

Highly disappointed, at this stage feeling unsafe flying with them as this was an emergency!!!!!!
