Kudo's for Safair and HAZEL

On Monday morning 2 November i arrived at Cape Town international Safair bookins on crutches , just been discharged from a knee replacement just to find out my ticket was booked under a different name. The wonderfull person on the other side , HAZEL , immediately took charge , organised a wheelchair and in no time and with a lot of effort corrected the errors took me to the lounge and booked me in. Later HAZEL came to fetch me again and delivered me safely on the plane. I was so overwhelmed by the service and it helped me soooo much and made it comfortable and painless for me. HAZEL you and SAFAIR need to be recognized asd KUDO'S for you for outstanding service !!!!!
