Knocked me out of the sky!

This airline is just incredible. Firstly I made a mistake when I was doing a same booking and booked an 11am flight instead of a 4pm flight. When I realised my mistake I phoned the contact Centre (on a Sunday morning) and they made the change for me without a fuss and without any charges. Then I missed the flight. I tried to book another flight with another airline (at a cost of R4k) but they then cancelled the flight as I was booking. I went to the Safair Ticket Sales desk where I was assisted by Suren Naido. He rebooked my tickets for the following day at NO ADDITIONAL charge (there were extreme circumstances) but honestly I’ve never interacted with such a helpful airline who really value their customers. I will do my best to never fly any other domestic airline. Thank you Safair and Suren Naido at Cape Town International Airport for your compassion and professionalism. You really knocked me out of the sky! Thanks a million times over.
