Karabo Lanseria

Bad bad experience in Lanseria, we left with a bag from Cape Town without paying for it and when we returned back From Lanseria we were asked to pay for our bag, no consistency, bad bad customer service from both Karabo’s at the boarding gate who refused to give his surname.
