My wife and I are flying to Europe on the evening of 14th May and after listening to all the televised and broadcast advertising about cheapest and most reliable flights now being offered by FlySafair between George and Cape Town, we decided to book our long haul flight out of Cape Town, and take a connecting flight from George to Cape Town on that morning with FlySafair. <br> The booking was made, paid for and confirmed onthe 29th January.<br> <br> Yesterday, 30th March, (2 months later) I receive an email stating that this flight has been withdrawn due to the carrier, FlySafair deciding it was a low season.<br> <br> On calling their call centre for some sort of explanation or alternative method of flying to Cape Town on the 14th May, I could have been speaking to donkeys and possibly received more sense and assistance.<br> I was then informed by a third imbecile named Beverley that the Manager named Samantha would call me...well, I am still awaiting that call.<br> JUST ANOTHER CON COMPANY FULL OF PROMISE BUT ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE MEANING OF SERVICE.<br> <br> As a regular bi-weekly commuter between George and JHB, I will avoid FlySaair like a plague... <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
