Jacket lost, then found then taken/******?

Normally I love FlySafair and book with them regular. However I am so disappointed - I was on a flight back from Cape Town (22 July 2022 16:05 flight FA216). When we disembarked and I was out into the airport I realised I forgot a rather expensive jacket in the overhead (Totally take responsibility - if lost, my fault). I immediately called the Safair line and asked they must please look at as I could not return back to the plane. After 2 days I followed up but each time just get promised I will call back. I then asked my secretary to drive physically to the airport. Behold - the very friendly lady shows my secretary my jacket on the "lost-and-found" group. Since then (around 2.5 weeks ago) they have been searching and watching CCTV footage to determine who took my jacket which they found but which now was gone.

Again, happy to have taken the loss as it is my responsibility to check if I have everything, however, extremely disappointed that (1) I phoned them within 30 min to report, a couple of times after and never had a call back (2) they actually found my jacket and it was part of loss and found (3) It now seems to be either taken, ****** or misplaced by Safair and all feedback we get is "we trying to see on CCTV who took the jacket.
