****** items, Lack of integrity

I flew with FlySafair on 13 July 2023 FA264 from Or Tambo International to King Shaka International. Upon arriving at King Shaka i waited patiently for my bag on carousel 1. When my bag did eventually arrive the lock was missing and my bag was left open. My jewelry and watches of sentimental value was ******. I immediatley reported this to Menzies and SAPS. I requested footage with the hope that they would be able to find the person or people responsible for *****ing my items and that it would be returned, but that did not happen. I cannot begin to express the hurt, the trauma, the disappointment i have toward the airline, their customer service and the fact that they fail to take responsibility for the lack of ********* behavior of some of their staff. Deeply disappointing! I simply received an e-mail from chubb that that my claim is rejected. Items owned for 17+ years gone because of the lack of care and integrity. Worse part, i had to call them to follow up. I was not the only passenger this happened to on the 13 July 2023 on the very flight another lady mentioned that 4000 euro's was ****** from her, we both stood at Menzies shocked by theft of items from locked bags. a violation of anyone's privacy and personal belongings is a crime. I trusted the airline, the airport, the flight, the process and then this. Deeply disappointed!
