****** items- Insurance basically useless

Items ****** out of luggage with pathetic reimbur*****t from Flysafair insurance. On return flight from Cape Town to JHB our bag had been opened with both my and wife's Garmin watches being ******. Lodged a claim with Flysafair who require among other things police report, photos of damaged items (We provided boxes with serial numbers ), proof of purchase (we could provide a till slip for one watch) and proof of payment ( provided account statement). All this being done they refused any claim for one watch and allowed for R1500 disbur*****t for the other. So all in R1500 for R9000 worth of damage.
