****** items inside the suitcase - FlySafair

you don't put your valuable in your checked lug-gage, Yes I agree, its a known thing that we are not supposed to put valuables in the checked baggage but that doesn't give freedom for the FLYSAFAIR airline staff to open the bags and ***** my/ anybody's stuff.

faced an unfortunate situation recently in one of my recent flight from OR Tambo international airport to King Shaka international airport , I happened to check-in my suitcase and I had some valuable jewelry in that suitcase. I was stupid enough to not remove that jewelry from that suitcase as I was not planning to give it to check-in on the first place and finally when I opened that bag at home, my white gift box that has a watch and a necklace inside got missing!. each day i started to notice that some of my other items are not in the suitcase.

I filed complaints with FLYSAFAIR Airline, Airport's lost and found and every possible place the response was, 'they will do the investigation about the issue'

but haven't received a positive response about the investigation from any of them.

There should be something possible to do against such actions.
