****** Item From Checked Luggage

I am writing this review with so much anger regarding an incident that occurred during my recent flight with FlySafair on Friday, March 28, 2025, at 19:20. Upon unpacking my suitcase after the flight, I was appalled to discover that my wig had been ****** from my checked luggage. The wig was originally packed securely in its box, yet when I opened my suitcase, I found the box empty—clearly indicating that someone had removed the item. This is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my belongings to be handled with care and respect, not ****** while in the custody of the airline. The fact that this occurred reflects a serious breach of security and trust, and I am absolutely livid about this violation of my personal property. Absolutely disgusting!!!
