It was very very bad trip experiences With FlySafariiii

<p>I'm a frequent flyer around the SA as I'm doing my small business. Actually I was regular traveler with the Kulula airlines but i think it was my bad this time i booked my ticket with FlySafary from Lanseria to Cape Town (LHA TO CPT, FA 317).</p> <p>Here I'm Describing my experience one by one points.</p> <p>1. As per my ticket i know i suppose to carry my baggage 21+7 KG's but i do have one packed baggage with 29 KG's and my laptop bag yes I'm carrying extra KG's with my main baggage but i do get my hand baggage with 7 KG's but there is no total 7 KG's in my hands actually when I fly with other Airlines it wasn't a problem there so the same way when i came to the FlySafary check in counter he was not allow me to carry 29 KG's with my main baggage and i was explained him I'm not carrying my total hand baggage so could you please allow me to carry this baggage and there was a problem it's a packed box i couldn't remove the luggage from the box i was requested him but he wasn't allow me thru and if i want carry the total baggage i need to pay for extra bag which means i need to pay full 21 KG's money for only 3 KGs.</p> <p>2. I went to the FlySafary office counter which in Lanseria Airport i was explained the Leady everything what was happened at the check in counter and she is al so do not accepting my request and she was not responding properly when i was talking to her she is talking to other lady about their personal stuff and she can back to me and she is asking should pay extra baggage money for extra 3KG's and i changed my behavior there bcz they are talking in other language and they doesn't care about me and they laughing at me the moment i was very disappointed and i paid my money for full extra baggage for that 3 KG's and i leave the place .</p> <p>3. So folks as per my experiences with the FlySafary yes they are cheap as per flight charges but the Staff is very very bad they doesn't care about the passengers while we talking to them they are talking to other staff members and they are laughing isshhh I'm sure myself and my friends and my family we not goanna book tickets again with the FlySA .</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you so much Flysafary and Staff put me on bad experiences .</p>
