Is this a **** or not?

Good day, this is not necessarily a traditional review it is actually an alert and call for concern. A few months ago I received communication that was supposed to be coming from the airline with an ad selling an “unlimited card” for R15.00 which I bought under the notion of of being able to have unlimited flights over a year. When i enquired at the airline needing to book a flight I was told they nothing of the sort. Today I am receiving another one selling same but now for R38.00, I need to get clarity on where or not this is from the airline also if not and this is a **** they should make this communication to customers before more people are ****med on their name.
