Irrational

The most irrational service I’ve had had. We buy priority to get on the plane first and with ease. The plane gets delayed everyone lines up and everyone boards together. No point in buying priority. Oh when disembarking, first five rows and last five from the same door. Why the stupidity? Can you make rational decisions?
