Internet Booking

We have tried to book 8 tickets on their web page for last 48 hours. Phoned their call center, was told that nothing is wrong. I had to send a mail to them with screen shot on what the problem is, Still waiting for feedback. Tried again now same problem as last 48 hours. It seems that it is not only their planes that have technical problems.
