Inefficient assisted passenger travel arrangements

We had a unfriendly, inefficient reception. After booking 2 months in advance for assisted traveling we were sent back and forth between Safair counters and the assisted passenger senger booth. Only after insisting to speek to a supervisor we were suddenly accommodated.
