INCONVIENCE

The experience I received when Flying with FA397 on the 3rd December from DUR o JNB, my luggage bag was left in Durban, I had to wait for 4 hours for my bag at the airport and that caused a lot of inconvenience on my side as I had other commitment that needed my urgent attention and no one seemed to be helpful. This was my last time flying with FlySafair very inconveniencing, in 2017 I lost my very expensive perfume which I never got refunded , I was taking my chances to fly with them only to be disappointed AGAIN.
