Inconsiderate Business

Left Lanseria airport at 09:40 this morning on FlySafair . Then landed at OR Tambo because of a problem with the plane. Still sitting at OR Tambo, fortunately on another aircraft. They don't even have the courtesy of providing us with refreshments while we are further delayed. Absolutely unacceptable!

I have low blood pressure and not a consideration given despite telling the cabin crew same.
