INCONSIDERATE ********* AIRLINE

So.. I book a flight, they give me this "refund" option (unlike "Lift") which i accidentally fell for due to their through misleading mentality, which by the way is against the consumer protection act. I call twice, to change a flight & add another flight (cheaper flights,i lose out but i dont mind) due to an emergency 3 days prior to the flight (i did not "check-in") I must pay a R300 fee,just to change a R680 flight to a R530 , but they dont refund me the difference which is owed to (daylight *******). This company clearly has no morals & values, i find it difficult to trust such a company, so even trusting the pilot is an issue. Before anyone thinks about booking a flight with these inconsiderate airline.. ,think again.. rather book with "lift".. Cheaper flights, free cancelation & free amendments cause seems lifts operational management cares & understands so they give us that option unlike FLYSAFAIR. Everything that Flysafair is doing wrong, LIFT is doing right..!!! I will make sure everyone i know will nolonger use Flysafair but rather Lift..!!!
