*********** and unprofessional staff at East London Airport

Worst experience ever at ELS airport 19th December. I arrived 3 hours early at the airport, when I went to check in on time I was told to go check in my luggage. When I got there I had to wait, when I was finally served I was told I am late for baggage check in. I was then sent to the admin counter, when I got there nobody assisted me till my flight left. I had to book my own flight back to Joburg the next day at a cost of R3504, I also had to book my own accomodation and transport as I am not a EL resident . I will never forget the humiliation I faced at East London airport in my whole life
