*********** and poor communicators

Such a useless airline. In the morning from Jhb to Cape Town our flight FA102 got delayed by 2 hours, now was supposed to fly back to Jozi at 17:45 only to be told at the boarding gate that our flight is delayed by 4 hours to 9pm. What incompetence, why didn't they notify us of the delay on time. Please compensate us for such an inconvenience by returning our monies back
