*********** and extremely poor service

I am completely disappointed and annoyed in Flysafairs' service. We've been sitting in the plane(confined space) for almost 50min because someone is not doing their job properly. We have been delayed to our destination and we are an hour late. In such an instance if the passenger is late they don't even get their money back and the blame is placed on the passenger. The reason for the delay is that the fuel pressure is low, which clearly states that someone is not doing their job, a routine inspection should be done before passengers even board the plane or they allow the plane to leave.
