Incompetence of flysafair

My experience with flysafair was one of complete negligence towards the customers and I am utterly disgusted by the total disregard towards the manner in which customers should be rightfully treated. I would personally like to point out Brandon of the East London Airport, who occupied the ticket sales desk, who treated me with blatant disrespect and was not able to explain at all the reasons for the sudden increase in payment for the flight arrangements.
