I really can't believe that this airline robs people like this. I have had to cancel a trip for 3 of us because of a medical issue with my daughter. Not only can I not get my money refunded to me in cash, I have also had to pay R1800 in cancelation fees for 3 people for the return flight - so R300 per person per flight - not per booking!!! I am spitting mad at this place! R1800 for mahala!!! No help, just - I'm sorry you are upset, I understadn you are frustrated... BULL****!!! you don't care!!! you rob average people
