Improvements

I have been flying with SAFair quite frequently and recently on my last 2 experiences they have not been the greatest.

Firstly , there is a specific boarding time out of which you end up boarding the plane way past the gate close off time.

You sit in the plane for another 15-20 minutes before taking off, irrespective of us getting to our destination on time , times need to be adhered too especially for the late flights.

People also need to understand that overhead luggage is solely for the person that sits above the row they are sitting it’s not for other people.

The cleanliness of the planes can also improve!

Does not mean that your flights are cheap FLYsafair , you need to provide a half assed service. I hope going forward that this will improve tremendously or it seems like I’ll have to find alternate airlines to use, would not recommend FlySafair in future to anyone
