Impossible and NO AFTERSALE services

i would truly not recommend flysafair, the actual airline and planes are up to standard !! Where the real problem is, try to book a flight !!! There are so many hidden costs and all to increase the price and obviously increase profits.... We had an incident and this is not the first time either where attempt to eventually pay for the tickets via their online website. NO THIS IS AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK !!! Their auto OTP which is pretty strait forward for all other website, just do not work and no it is not the settings on my devise and no it is not my bank.. It simply does not work. Myself and my X wife had to get my daughter urgently in Kwazulu Natal, we both had the same problem and both of us end booking and paying for the very same person two tickets... one flight for saturday and one for sunday, w emade us of the saurday one, i activated my profile again via the App, drive to the airport all prior to 24 hours to attemp cancelling the tickets, maybe ak the kiosk staff to assist, that also did not work. I end up cancelling the ticket, Flysafair then take just about the whole ticket cost * as service fees * yet again generating income and profits and to hell with the consumers !!! Dont even try sending their help@email emails, dont try and cancell your tickets at the airport, dont try and speak to an agent via messenger, they DONT REPLY or DONT EVEN BOTHER reading your messages everything gets done by the agent herself/himself they have standard message and again Flysafair dont care and want the bottom line .... I would say rather pay more use another airline and at least if you do make a mistake I am of the opinion that airline would accomodate you. FLYSAFAIR want your very last cent and into their pockets. Be careful.
