Immoral Company

We've been forced to cancel our flights - through no fault of our own - for our family of 3 due to Coronavirus, but not only does FlySafair not offer even partial refunds, rebooking for any dates except the next couple of weeks - still smack dab in the middle of this outbreak (when we have been instructed not to fly by the president) - attracts huge extra fees on any day of the year. So not only is Flysafair encouraging people to fly against the president's instruction, they are also making a profit from it! Were it not for the people that work for you, I would wish your company to go under because of this pandemic that you are helping to spread by putting profit ahead of people. Shame on you!
